Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy:

Standard FREE SHIPPING method is available to all destinations within the United States (48 Continental States) and is delivered via USPS First Class Mail. Unfortunately, we do not offer any type of expedited shipping at this time - we hope to offer this soon!

All orders take 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri) to process before being shipped. In most cases, it only takes 1 day to process your order. This Processing Time is completely separate from the Shipping Time. To estimate Delivery Time, please consider the following:

Processing Time + Shipping Time = Delivery Time

You will be notified by e-mail once your order is shipped. In some instances, there may be unexpected delays. If there is a prolonged delay in processing your order, you will be notified by e-mail or by phone.

Our office and fulfillment department is open Monday thru Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern time. Orders are not processed on weekends.

Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, APO, FPO & P.O. Box addresses are sent via USPS First Class Mail only.

Please note that your order and any information within your order cannot be changed or canceled. We understand sometimes you may want to cancel your order or you may change your mind; therefore, if you receive items that you do not want, you can return them for an exchange or refund - please refer to our Return Policy for procedures. However, if there is a problem, please contact us or call during business hours.

Return Policy:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from receiving the product on most items.
  • Items that cannot be returned are custom made products or special orders.
  • Any issues with regards to Bluetooth Headets will be handled by the manufacturer directly.
  • All returns are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee - with the exception of a shipping error or defective product.
  • All returned items must be in their original packaging.
  • All returned items must be new and unused.
  • All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice or packing slip.

To request a return authorization, simply login to your WirelessStore.com account online and select "Request Return Authorization" for the order you are wishing to return. We will reply back with confirmation/approval within 48 hours.

Damaged Shipment: Please contact us right away via telephone if your item arrives damaged - this must be reported within 3 days of receiving the shipment. We will file a claim on the shipment and then ship a replacement product to you within 72 hours of notification. We may request digital photos of the damage to speed this process.

Lost Shipment: If your package is lost in transit based on the tracking number or it has gone over 72 hours beyond the normal time to receive the package, please contact us right away via telephone. We will file a trace on the package. This typically takes up to 72 hours to locate. If the package is still not located, we will ship your replacement out.
